Hsinchu Jianshi Darli & Amuyi Garden Café
  • Located in Shuitian Tribe in Jianshi Township, Hsinchu County, Darli & Amuyi Garden Café is a featured coffee shop surrounding by the breathtaking natural scenery and tranquil environment. The owners mentioned that the name of the coffee shop is named after their parents. In order to memorialize their parents, they decided to open this coffee shop. Another reason why they would choose this place is because they practically lived here the entire time and both of them love to embrace nature.
  • Open-air Coffee Seating

There is a large-scale observation deck situated right in front of the coffee shop, offering customers the opportunity to appreciate beauty of nature. In the course of flowering season of prune trees, the entire hillside is covered with snowflake-like white flowers.
  • Carefree Dining Experience

The outdoor hallway purposely built along the coffee shop is another way to get closer to nature. Plus, the entire coffee shop is situated in the middle of the greenish woods, bringing customers a delightful and relaxing dining experience.
  • Sweetfish Combo

Due to the unpolluted water quality and high altitude, it is ideal for raising fish species that live in cold water and high altitude. Such as locally sourced sweetfish and trout are often used in the cooking. Moreover, the shop also services a variety of meal selections
  • Roasted Turtledove Combo

Darli & Amuyi Garden Café serves a mouthwatering array of meal selections. All the ingredients featured in the shop are locally sourced. Its signature roasted turtledove combo comes with egg pancake with scallion, stir-fried vegetable, rice, Maqaw chicken soup and a drink.
  • Exquisite Afternoon Tea

While dining in Darli & Amuyi Garden Café, the air is cool and refreshing due to its high altitude. If visitors have the opportunity visiting here, don’t forget to enjoy a nice and hearty afternoon tea! The afternoon tea combo includes a cup of herbal tea or coffee and a plate of waffle.
  • Homemade Maqaw Chicken

The preparation of Maqaw chicken is a laborious work. Maqaw is a type of mountain pepper often used as seasoning. Once the chicken is fully cooked, it will then be marinated in a special savory sauce composed of Maqaw and other spices for approximately two days.
